"Item Was Fine, But Packaging Needs Improvement"
My order arrived on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging definitely wasn’t up to the standard I expected. The box was a bit crushed when it got here, and while the item was thankfully okay, that feels more like luck than proper care. For the price, I think the company should take more responsibility and make sure items are packed securely enough to handle shipping.

"Totally Disappointed!!"
I ended up getting completely different items from what I actually ordered, which was really frustrating!! I reached out to support, but the response was slow and not very helpful. Overall, I’m disappointed with the experience and don’t think I’ll be ordering from Meena Bazaar again.

"Decent kurti, but I expected a bit more"
I ordered a kurti from Meena Bazaar, it was okay overall. The fabric feels decent to me, and the color looked just like it did in the photo, which I really liked. But the stitching had a few loose threads, so that was a little disappointing. For the price, I personally expected the quality to be slightly better.

I wore this once and already noticed the threads coming loose, which is really disappointing. I wasn’t expecting it to fall apart so quickly, and I think the company should take responsibility for the quality here. "Nice suits, but the site was frustrating"
I was trying to browse suits, but the website made it kind of a pain. It felt slow and a little messy, and the filters didn’t really work right for me. A few product pages also took way too long to load. The suits themselves looked nice, so there’s definitely potential. But checkout on mobile was confusing, and overall the shopping experience just wasn’t great.

"Not sure I’d order again"
I ordered from meenabazaar because I thought it was a known name, but the whole process felt a little off to me. I don’t have full proof that anything was actually wrong, but the updates were slow and I kept having to check on the order myself, which made me uneasy. The item did arrive and it was fine overall, but the delay and the weak replies from support kind of made me lose confidence. For a brand like this, I expected a smoother experience. It wasn’t awful, but I’m not sure I’d shop there again.

"My Refund Took Way Too Long"
I returned my order thinking the refund would be straightforward, but it took way longer than I expected. I had to keep reaching out to support just to find out what was going on, which was really frustrating for me. I felt mentally drained dealing with the exchange process. It was confusing from the start, replies were slow, and getting a clear update felt way harder than it should have been. By the end, I was just frustrated and tired of chasing answers. I wouldn’t buy from them again

"Thought it was fine at first, but nope"
At first I was like, okay, maybe this will be worth it. The place seemed decent and I was trying to be open-minded. But then I saw what I actually got for the price and my mood changed fast. it felt way too expensive for the quality, and I left disappointed.

I ordered a kurti from meenabazaar i was disappointed. The fabric felt rough and much thinner than it looked in the pictures?! After just one wash, it lost its shape a little and started getting small lint. For the price, I really expected better material. Not happy with the quality at all

"Customer service felt really disappointing"
I ordered from meenabazaar.com and ran into an issue with my delivery. I thought it would be a quick thing to sort out, so I reached out to customer service, but it turned into a lot of back and forth without any clear answer.

The replies were slow, it felt like there wasn’t a real person there actually reading what I was saying. Every response seemed disconnected, so I kept having to repeat the same details over and over.

The issue still hasn’t been properly resolved. The clothes might be nice, but the support experience really put me off, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Slow international shipping and no real support"
I ordered from Meena Bazaar for international delivery, and the whole process was frustrating. The shipping took way too long, and the tracking updates were vague, so I kept having to check on it myself. It also felt like there wasn’t a real person there to properly help or reassure me, which made it even more stressful. By the time the order finally arrived, I wasn’t even excited anymore. I don’t think I’d order from overseas again.
